PPO Network providers.

All 4 of our plans use United Healthcare as their PPO network.

The policy works to it's full potential if you require treatment you have it at an in-network provider.

Using a network provider not only keeps the costs down to your insurer, but in turn this enables us to keep premiums lower, and also usually means that the amount that you pay in co-insurance is lower as well - Win, Win! To find out who are the network providers are in your vicinity, we have 2 methods: -

1) Preferred method!

Call the number displayed on your ID card! the guys at the insurance companies deal with claims day in, day out! They will help you get to the right place, and be seen by the right people! You will also be able to discuss pre-certification requirements with you or your representative!

2) Using the search function / database.

Both companies that we use use United Healthcare, but have slightly different methods to access their database of providers.

Your policies will offer cover if you use an out of network provider, but you may find that your contributions are more. Please ask, or check your policies if you are unsure about what you would need to pay in the event of using your plans.
